Project details:
A complex multi faceted project, involving, the construction of new bedrooms in purpose-built lodges around a pool, a new glazed restaurant constructed in the gap between two parts of a grade 1 listed castle, the refurbishment of various other spaces. All while the hotel remained fully operational.
Developing a close relationship with the hotel operating team was key to the success of the project. The hotel maintained its occupancy levels throughout what was an 18-month phased build programme. Reach PM worked with the contractors to ensure the safety of the residents was paramount and their enjoyment of the facilities unhindered.
Reach PM provided Project management and Employers agent services on a Design and Build contract, the almost daily operational interface and strategic planning was just part of the service.
