Project details:
The Renovation and Refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed Building and the construction of a new 225-bedroom hotel, together with Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment venue, spa and pool.
Reach Project Management were involved from the acquisition of the site and buildings to develop a strategy for the delivery of this complex and unique project. Reach PM provided Project management and Employers agent services. Plus all post contract works to ensure the successful occupation and operation of the hotel.
